Shipping & Returns
Most orders require 1-2 business days to process from the time of purchase (Eastern Standard Time). We do not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Your order will be shipped by Standard Ground unless another option is selected. Signature upon delivery is not required.
Shipping Methods & Costs
- UPS Ground and Home Delivery: delivers 5-10 days after processing
- UPS Express Saver: delivers 2-3 business days after processing
- UPS Priority Overnight: guaranteed delivery next business day after processing
You will receive an email confirmation with a link to view tracking information once your order has shipped.
coolchange.com will happily accept unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise, with tags attached, for a full refund within 20 days from purchase date. All items noted as FINAL SALE in the product description cannot be returned. Items cannot be returned after 20 days of purchase date. coolchange.com is not responsible for shipping & handling costs on returned items.
Shipping charges will not be refunded for packages that are refused by customers nor will coolchange.com be responsible for re-shipping refused packages. We are unable to process returns for any coolchange items purchased from an outside retailer. Upon the receipt of returned goods, coolchange.com reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet policy requirements.
Your return will be processed within 5 - 10 business days of receipt of merchandise. coolchange.com does not offer Store Credit for returned merchandise. Your refund will be credited back to the original form of payment used to make the purchase.
Return/Exchange with Promotional Code
All promotional codes are valid during a certain time window, unless otherwise specified. Exchange orders will not qualify for use of the original promotional code if the code has expired at the time when the exchange takes place. Various restrictions may apply.
Damaged Products & Shipping Errors
In the event that we processed your order incorrectly, or you received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace or take back the merchandise for a full refund at our expense.
